This course was developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance and is the only “standardized curriculum” recognized by the FDA. The FSPCA training materials are designed to meet the requirements for training under Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part117.180(c)(1) for the preventive controls qualified individual who conducts certain Food Safety Plan activities.
Completion of this course will help participants acquire an in-depth understanding of the FSMA requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food rule and how to develop a Food Safety Plan that complies with the regulation requirements.
FSPCA certificates are issued upon successful completion of this course.
